Sorry for the loss of your dad, but there are some places in that county to try. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... progr.html

My father passed away a couple of days ago and I have no means to pay for his cremation. Can you please point in the direction of help?
The county he lives in was Ethowa, which is Gadsden, Alabama.
I reside in Holt, Florida.
I'm a single mom with no income and I was my dad's only living relative. Please help!
Thank you!

Hi,
Social services will help the very poor/indigent with funeral costs. They can provide free burials too, and look here for help with funerals in Oklahoma County.

Is there a free cremation program for low income families?

Hello
I have researched online that shows the state of Oklahoma or Oklahoma county may be able to assist with funeral/cremation services of an infant/stillborn death. Or they pay for the entire thing? However when I researched the website there is no information on whom to contact under these conditions. I was hoping to be directed to personnel that can help within this topic of discussion.
How does it work and what are the phone numbers in Oklahoma? We couldn't work after losing our baby and can't afford a funeral service.
