I have a heard about your organization. I am writing this in extreme need of financial help to pay for a medical treatment. We have tried all possible ways to arrange the money required for her treatments, from surgery to recovery treatments but the amount is beyond our reach.
To this day, she is spending crazy amount of dollars paying for co-pays, doctors’ visits, therapy sessions including homeopathic services. I honestly have no idea how she does it, I see her fighting through this recovery period, but most days when she looks like she's giving up. I feel that her condition is getting worse day by day. Your foundation is our ray of hope.
Only your kind support to help pay for her treatment can save my girlfriend. I would be able to disclose her medical reports, receipts upon request. I see her doing constant research, going through specialists one after another, therapists and everything but no one seems to be able to help. All they want to do to her is heavily medicate her, write her prescriptions of the drugs I have never heard of. If I can count the number of pills she takes in a day, would probably be at least 15 pills at a minimum. She stopped being the fun and outgoing person.
She's not been able to cope very well because she's emotionally and physically exhausted from all the treatments for her medical care and I do not know what to do. I am writing you hoping that I would be able to get her some financial assistance of any kind. We have been financially struggling and because of her medical care, we sacrifice spending our money that is not related to medical expenses, rent and car payments.
I love her so much and I wish I have all the money in the world, so I can help her get the best care just to see that beautiful smile and for her to be happy.
