Hi, I live in Morehead, KY I have 3 children and their father and I live in subsidized housing and our electric has been shut off. I just lost my job and their dad hasn’t been able to find a job either in Rowan County or nearby. We have nowhere else we can stay but have no way of getting the money for the bill and I've been to every place here that I know of asking for help and only get told they have no way of helping me. The bill is 414.00 to turn it back on and our monthly income at this time is only 336.00. If you can provide me with any information for help with the utility bills in Rowan County or the state that would be great. If not turned on soon I will be evicted or could even have my children taken away. Thanks
