Can't imagine juggling your dad’s care, work, and rent stuff all at once is brutal. But don’t lose hope; Oklahoma’s got some legit help if you move quick. Start with emergency rent and eviction prevention page at
https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... tance.html
as it breaks down local agencies that can pay landlords directly and maybe help with moving costs. And since the case was a default, ping the free legal aid about a stay or rapid settlement:

My landlord text me today and said I must be out by Sunday midnight.
I had to fly to TN because my father has cancer and when I left to care for him I went on workers compensation. We were called to come because he had a short time to live.
I got behind on my rent. I was served to be in court.
I miss court due to work.
I am a program manager for 3 disabled adults. I cannot leave a shift without proper staffing.
That is the law in the state of Oklahoma.
The landlord won by default.
I am a 56 year old female.
I work full time but want on workers compensation will taking care of my dad.
I will be homeless . I stay in Oklahoma because I have Grandchildren in foster homes that I am allowed to visit.
All other family lives out of town.
I need help as soon as possible.
I have absolutely no where to go. I cannot move everything I own by myself in a car.
I have no clue if I even have options.
I am reaching out for any guidance or help.

Did you try FMLA? As an employer should offer it - Family Leave is mandated by the government for what you described. The money from FMLA can help people for a short period of time while the longer term workers comp is resolved, and learn about
how to get FMLA.

Hello, I am seeking assistance to try and help get my family and myself caught up. I presently have a workers compensation claim pending as well as other labor related issues due to my wife and I being fired because we were in the hospital undergoing an emergency C section.

Hello, I am seeking assistance to try and help get my family and myself caught up. I presently have a workers compensation claim pending as well as other labor related issues due to my wife and I being fired because we were in the hospital undergoing an emergency C section. The owner of the company got mad because we were not at work. Completely absurd situation. To make matters worse we traded in our old vehicle to get a new vehicle that was a company vehicle and that was taken from us. I can provide documentation of my workers compensation claim to anyone complaints proving this situation. Please let me know if you can help us get financial assistance and a vehicle if possible. We will be forever grateful. Thank you so much.
