Hi Steven,
While a water heater repair may be possible from weatherization, it depends of course on the state, your income and other factors. But you can apply and at least try. As it may work, and learn more here on weatherization for the low income.

No one ever showed up or contacted me, I had gotten a letter from Gaines county and it said I was eligible, and still none has been around.
Now my water well went out. I have had no water and it's getting worse because the things I need help with nobody wants to help me. I need to fix and weatherize my house.
Sincerely
Steven
