My daughter is on my electric bill. But she was married, got divorced kept last name. The Electric company said that I didn't have to change the name on the bill. Since the social security number is the same and everything else. Less hassle for me I guess. Thanks.

We have no idea. Ask your utility company. We have information on them, and programs here on our main site. Maybe they will tell you about account names, when to switch, etc. Look here for utility help near you.
