Hi Corenda
While sewage bill help may be offered, it is not as common as "regular" utility help such as LIHEAP, charity programs, etc. But we do have a list of options in Tennessee. If they can't help with your sewage bills, ask these programs who can. Here are many TN utility programs to try. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... rgy_b.html

Our sewage does not work on the camper, central heat does not work on either camper and the owner of the campground told us we can not use our 2 electric heaters and we are behind on all our bills. We can not keep running water due to the lines freezing and sewage being shut off. Even our sewage line is frozen. We are freezing, we have no money to get into a home and we don't know where to turn for help. Can you please direct where we can turn for help? Thank you so much for your time!
