Hi Magdalena,
Have you tried to get alimony, etc.? Also, so sorry to read that. But great you are going to job training, trying to provide for the 3 kids, etc. You did not note where you are, so use our financial help by area page to find options in your specific region.

I am a recent single mother of 3 children ages 13, 8 and 4. I was in a relationship with the children's father for 21 years and recently we separated and he moved with his new girl-friend and the child they have together to the Dominican Republic.
First of all, I am in job training at a workforce center and need help as my income is down during it. Then the lease in the apartment we reside in is under his name. I work part-time and make a weekly gross of $220.00 not enough to pay a monthly rent of $1014.00 and the other issue is that while I worked he would stay home and take care of our 4 year old son yet now that he is gone I am in need of a day care for him until September when he is registered to begin Pre-K.
I have years applying for affordable housing and haven't had any luck those I am trying to get new skills. I currently receive a monthly snap benefit of $327.00 for food. My difficulty is finding help to complete payment for rent, enough food and having someone to take care of my son as I got through the workforce program.
If you could provide any information that can help me in my situation it would be helpful.
Thank you in advance.
Best Regards,
Magdalena

Do you live in Maine? If so a community action agency often knows of how to get some financial help while you improve your job prospects. They are some of the nation's leading agencies to turn to for grants, employment, and more. Also ask the employment agency you are at for suggestions...they can be a resource too. Good luck, and find options here. http://www.needhelppayingbills.com/html ... gency.html

Hello, I'm sending this email seeking help to restore my Com-ed account. I'm a single mother of three living in Berwyn IL, and currently working as well as enrolled in job training. My current amount owed is $572 to restore my services. Due to short hours at work, my classes for training and the lack of state help (SNAP) I've have to balance finances the best way I can in order to keep a roof over our head and food in the refrigerator. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. God Bless.

So far it was so good to lead a normal life with my wife and two children, through paying all the bills including monthly apartment rent without any problem as I was working for a company at a minimum wage. However recently going to intensive training that will lead me to proceed to come back to my professional job. The training will take two months furthermore I cannot work as the training is very demanding and intensive.
I am determined to tackle any problem that I am going to encounter in the process nevertheless we figured out that we will be short of finance to cover our house rent for two months. Thus will really appreciate any support that will help us to cover my two months apartment rent. looking forward for your positive response.
