I need emergency rent assistance and possible emergency travel assistance to see a dying parent. I am blind with Multiple sclerosis raising an autistic daughter. I am also a domestic abuse survivor. There is an emergency relocation program in New York City, and it is run by community services. Now this is very rare, but it may be an option to call on if you do have a dying relative.
