I am a single mother living in St. Petersburg, Fl. I am finding it hard to make ends meet I am working and currently looking for a second job. My salary barely covers my bills let alone food, clothes, school supplies and gas. Every month I am finding it harder and harder to make ends meet and I am doing my best but with deposits and recently moving in to my own apartment. I am need of a little assistance to get on my feet and give me a moment to breathe. I am hoping to get help with my Utilities as water and electric have sky rocketed can you assist me or direct me for further help.

Unfortunately there is not much to do or can be done. The average electric bill goes up a few percent per year, so maybe a little more than inflation. You can look into budget plans, which may level out your utility bills each month. So you won't have spikes during the Florida summer months. But even that amount may increase each month.
