Hi Ms Cantor
We are not Saint Vincent, but we have programs listed for PG county that may help you with your bills - including electric or others. As there are many charities and government benefits. Look here for

Dear Programs including St. Vincent de Paul Prince George's County Assistance Programs Team,
I trust this email finds you well. My name is Ms. Cantor, and I serve as the Community School Coordinator for an elementary school in PG County. I am reaching out to inquire about the possibility of assistance for a family in our community who is facing financial hardship, particularly falling two months behind on rent.
Given your organization's admirable commitment to supporting those in need, I am hopeful that you may be able to extend a helping hand to this family during this challenging period. Should you require additional information or wish to directly connect with the family, I am more than willing to provide any necessary details.
Your support in assisting this family would be immensely valued and appreciated. Alternatively, if you can suggest any other agencies that might be able to provide assistance, your guidance would be invaluable.
Thank you for considering this request. I eagerly await your response.

In Maryland, try the The Victorine Q. Adams Fuel Fund for assistance. You can receive utility grants up to $125 to keep your power service on. They also have a program that provides free fuel and heating oil, up to 100 gallons per year if you need that.
