I am fully disabled I was in the most devastating wreck head on collision. I broke my shoulders, pelvis, hips, right femur broke right knee, right foot was rapped around the brake pedal 180 degrees. My ribs broke went into lung collapsed. Gas started filling up with gas around his heart, and to top it off he got a blot clot in his neck. I was in the same car accident but my injury does not compares to his.

I am disabled but wont be seeing the judge for awhile we have all the paperwork on his and my injuries and to top it of he has to have several surgeries coming up and will have to have these surgeries every 10 years I am his fiance. I am just trying to explain how much we need help and I would like to add how the wreck happened.

She was on a cellphone and tried to pass. It was hard but we learned to forgive her even though before the wreck he was a machinist since has been 22 years old he worked all of his life he has dreams that he's not crippled and he's working. I hear him cry and he try's to hide it but I know he is crying. The poor guy all he can do is pray that these surgery will him some relief so he can play with his 10 month old daughter. All he can do is set on the couch and play with her that way and child just loves him if he didn't have her. I don't believe his mind would give up though as he is so strong in the mind even though he will be having these surgeries.
The doctor said we are trying to give him some relief but the doctor also said you will still be disabled. I have to take him to a specialist for the surgery.
We need HELP. I am ashamed we can't do it on our own. Please help our family in way possible. I got help with the electric bill once I don't know yet if they will keep doing it. I was not informed of that yet. I really need help with our rent. It is 550 a month. I don't have no place to go. I don't want to tell him we lost the house while he is in surgery and rehab for 3 months he's going to need to visit and at the same time while I'm there I have to come take care of the baby and keep a roof over her head. So please help. I don't have anybody else to turn to.
We have 550.00 in rent 40.00 in water. The monthly electric is roughly 175.00 a month unless LIHEAP will keep paying it. I couldn't even guess how much gas we spend on doctors to the specialist back in forth and to keep clothes on our backs. Also the phone is included in package deal with charter which includes phone internet and cable. I know phone is not a necessity nor is cable. It is 115.00 for a short time then it going up too. Our insurance for our cars is $500.00 every 6 months roughly. They are old cars but they seem like they will make it. One is a 2004 and the other 2008.
We have been together for 12 years and maybe I should of made this shorter and I know somebody always has worse. I am grateful he's alive. Please take some of the burden off our family. I'm four days late on our rent if you can help take the burden off so I can see him through surgeries. Then I can start on my surgery after that.

I just received an eviction notice from my apartment complex on Tuesday. I am 26 years old, single mother with 2 kids. ( 8 years & 1 years). My only income right now is my SSI for my disabilities, and I also just started working part time, which is only $56/wk. I am supporting my children and myself on my own and have fallen into hard times this past year. I am very scared that my children and I will become homeless because I can not come up with all the money myself and don’t know what to do. Please contact me back as soon as possible with any information you can give me with finding help, or if I am eligible for the programs you have available. Thank you.

I am a 100% service connected disabled veteran renting a single family residence in Tucson Arizona and my roommate failed to follow our verbal agreement. He is a person with no income and did not sign the lease or contribute any money for rent or the security deposit. I am looking for aid and information on the following; legal, military veteran and disabled military veterans financial aid or emergency assistance for bills such as rent and utilities, Info on community programs for my roommate who has no source of income. I am not asking for direct assistance I am simply asking for information on where and what I can do to help support myself who is supporting another person as well.

I receive disability of $450.00 with my daughter who has Turner syndrome. Our rent is 900.00 at this time. My husband of 24 years is unable to work. We both use to work for St. Vincent Music Ministry for 8 months. And I taught the school children to help with my daughters tuition. Moved to GA. I used to work for 12 years. Came back here for work when it ran out after 9/11. We are about to be thrown out. Please help us. We don't even have a car anymore. I am unable to drive anyway. I have adult onset Epilepsy at age 45. I am now 55. Please help. I have to walk again. Say surgery looks good. It's in Gods hand. May his will be done. Thanks you for reading my situation. Yours truly.

I live in Wake County North Carolina. I was hospitalized with a abscess in my abdominal area, have been out of work for three weeks on iv antibiotics at home. I see a surgeon this week and may have to have part of my bowels removed. I have been in good spirits, concentrating on getting well more than my situation. I have very little funds as I worked as an home health care for the elderly, a very rewarding job that pays very little with no benefits. This was a unexpected and sudden illness. The main thing is for me to get well. My main concern is paying my rent. My landlord said being sick is no excuse for not paying my rent. I was just out of the hospital and not even a week late on rent as he sat in my living room watching me do an iv infusion asking for doctors notes and the rent. This male landlord is an elder in his church so I do not understand his non compassion in my situation. Really currently all I need is rental assistance. I worry so about not having a place to live to get well and feel if this was in order I would fell better about getting better. Anxiety and fear takes it's toll on you when you are not well. If you are able to assist in guidance in this area it would be deeply appreciated as I am at a loss in what to do. I am fifty three years old, divorced, and have limited family, an only child since my sister passed 4 years ago. I do not ask them for help as they could not help at this time. Sorry this is in all lower case letters, but I can not get my phone to make upper case and have no computer although I do go to the library for that. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter and for taking the time to assist those in need.

I am a disabled person who is just trying to get out on her own. I have been living with my mother. I receive SSI Disability but I know the money that I receive will not aid in me putting down payment i.e. first month's rent and deposit. I would love to get help or get information about receiving help on this matter. Thank you in advance.

The reason for need of assistance is, i just got put on disability from my work, and having a hard time keeping bills caught up. With the disability i receive 80% of my take home pay which is not enough to take care of all our bills. I just paid my light bill, and this put me behind 1,020 dollars on rent. And now the manager is going to file a eviction. If this happens me and my family will have no were to go.

Many agencies do focus on the disabled, which is good. You may be first in line for emergency rent help, or low income housing units. Unfortunately you did not provide your state, so our reply is very generic. Use this for government assistance programs. States are down the page, and select yours. $11,000 in back rent is kind of high, so doubt you can get help. But can call around.

Disabled may usually get priority with receiving cash and rent help. Find the Prince George County financial assistance programs as well as who to call for help, and where to apply. There are a number of agencies and places to call for help.

Great that family took you in to help. Anyway to save some money while you stay there. That is important to start off on own with savings. In addition, yes, look into government help or charity programs. Find how to get rent help, and this page provides overview and links to local programs. If you provide your state/county we can be more specific on what we reply with, but for now use the main resource/link.

We felt it was best to be with family to help out with his needs. However, that its working out, so i would prefer for me and my children to be in our own home so that we can live as one family.

We will not donate a car. We do not donate items, sell services, or do anything like that. We only provide information. And here is a listing of charities and organizations to call for help, some of which may offer free cars or low interest loans to buy a car. Find resources for cars here.

Is Judsonia in Arkansas, White County? If so, here are some agencies to call for help finding an apartment, rent assistance, or other housing aid in White County Arkansas. Probably the number one place to call for help is Community Action Program for Central Arkansas, Inc. (501) 329-9247. They run a few housing programs for the low income.

Need help finding help with paying part of the rent for the apartment I share with my disabled (vision impaired) brother-in-law, who should be on some kind of rental assistance program, but isn't. My sister left him, and without their combined income, he is unable to make the monthly rent and I am un-employed at this time, but urgently looking for work in order to help.

Have you applied for the HUD section 8 housing program? Vouchers will limit the amount of your income you need to pay towards rent, and get you into an affordable home. Find section 8 housing assistance programs and vouchers by state, including in Texas.
