Hello-
I am a single mom working full time as well as going to school full time. I would like more information on the Ohio medical bill grants available. I have researched & researched and not finding too much information. I am currently struggling financially but desperately want to get out of debt. I would like to know as much information about these resources that could help me and my 2 kids out in this hard time.

Re: Medical bill grants
We need help paying our medical bills. We currently owe $9400.68 and have no way to pay this. We have been having trouble because I am 36 years old. My wife is 41 years old. I am disabled and my wife is my sole caregiver. I have Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, Persistent Daily Migraine Syndrome with Aura, and High Blood Pressure/Hypertension. By the time I realized that this was life threatening and arrived at the hospital I had another condition known as Acute Renal Failure with Hyponatremia. After consulting with four emergency room physicians, two radiologist, two urologist, an anesthesiologist, and an infectious diseases specialist the surgeon removed a 2 inch round section of my scrotum that left an open wound that needed intravenous antibiotics for ten days. The open wound had to be cleaned with Dakins and packed with Curlex twice a day for four months and treated with a powder which we still have to use six months later as the wound has not completely heal.

Re: Medical bill grants
Unfortunately there is no such thing as a grant to pay existing medical bills. You need to look into payment plans. If you had sought help before hand, and before have over $9000 do, then you may have received financial help in the form of a grant. But after the fact it just does not exist. If you need more information on some options, try this resource. http://www.needhelppayingbills.com/html ... bills.html
