To whom it may concern:
Am inquiring about the rental assistance programs offered on your website. My friend and I relocated from Estes Park to the downtown Denver area three weeks ago. We just found an apartment in Denver CO 80205 and will be signing the lease tomorrow.
The property consultant pro-rated us for this month at half the rental rate, which is $1,275 month (we need to pay $680 for February). We left Estes Park because the company we worked for had to let a lot of the employees go. There were no job opportunities in the area and housing was not available.
We are both currently unemployed but will be starting work at our new jobs next week. My friend is partly disabled too. We have the pro-rated rent already but our main concern is March's rent. If there are any rental assistance programs that offer temporary help, for one month's rent, we would really appreciate any help that can be provided. Our first paycheck won't arrive until the second week of March. All we are asking is for any program that offers just a temporary voucher or referral for one month's rent.
Please contact me at or my friend/roommate. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to speaking with you.

If you friend is disabled, then you may have some other benefits that can assist with your housing needs. They are offered in Colorado too. The fact that you are actively looking for work should help on the application process and your potential approval. Some of these resources may offer partial rent payments too, so explore them. Continue with more details on help for disabled.

Re: Am disabled and was evicted
I'm in the process of being evicted. I am a single mother, disabled and a struggling to pay my rent. My ex left me with a high rent and it's been very hard for me to cover all the bills and I haven't been able to receive any assistance. I am begging for anyone who can help cover my rent for this month while I try to find a place I can afford for me and my children. Please someone and me an angel. I don't want my children to suffer for my bad choices or disability. Thank you for your time. Sincerely,

Re: Am disabled and was evicted
If you husband left and you have kids, then get child support from home. There are also some resources focused on helping the disabled with their housing needs. But you need to find a long term solution if you can't cover your bills. As any help for rent may be one month at most. The aid is time limited. As far as programs for your needs, locate housing assistance for the disabled and places to turn to for financial help as well as advice.
