Yes I am in need of help to pay my phone bill in Virginia, anyone know who I could contact to get help, finanical situation has gotten worse and i haven't been able to pay my phone bill, thanks Jen

Help for phone bills is difficult. You can try calling your phone company for any programs, but I am not sure if they offer them. However, you may try the federal government Life Line and Link Up telephone assistance programs. These can provide free or discounted service, for both land lines and even cell phones. Here is more info. Also, review the site needhelppayingbills for many other programs and resources that may be able to assist you, including Virginia programs.
