My son is 35. Has never been on food stamps or asked for any assistance. He has always helped people in need many times. Now he is asking for help with food and SNAP. He has spinal Stenosis. Has not worked in three weeks. His rent is due, power bill, water bill, phone bill, he has no money and no groceries. I fed him today using my own food stamps. I am his mother and I paid for all of his medicine he had to get for this terrible, unbearable pain. Can someone help him, my son with food and bills? I have all I can. I also have a daughter that is paralyzed I have to take care of as a single parent. She is 27. My son will be out of work for minimum 6 weeks after his spine surgery scheduled for July 16th.
We need help.

Re: Son on food stamps
We can't help him with food or bills. Your son needs to apply on his own. You can't do it either. Or he could try disability too. There are programs out there, and find them here at SNAP food stamps.
