I really need my water bill paid. it is from some renters that did not pay their bill and is about $800. I need the deposit covered to Blue Bonnett electric in Bastrop county, Texas. it is $300. I need a vehicle [preferably a small truck with back seats] to go to doctor, drugstore, etc. The CARTS service are not dependable and left me 3 days in row left me without ride to doctor and left me at Wal-Mart & told me to catch city bus to last stop and walk 20 miles to my home. They refuse to take me to drive in Galveston, etc., I am sure I am not only person treated this amount of neglect.
I need help paying for prescriptions that are not covered by Medicaid. I have several rare diseases. debilitating diseases. I have pain all day, every day. I need nutrients to mend my broken immune system. I do not want to die, I do want to live but I feel terrible for asking but I seriously need help. I asked Amerigroup for safety bars in bath room and a stoop built by back door with 2 steps. I was refused.
I ask for spraying to kill scorpions...I’m just ignored. Do you know I have gone 11 months without a home help person? I am fed up with these neglectful programs. Everybody gets paid, no one has any supervisor to make sure people are getting the help the government pays fat premiums on.
I need a computer and an internet connection. I read that they are no charge to disabled persons. I want to get on list to get government CSFP commodity supplement food program. That will help me a lot and the program to buy a box of food from community based alternative. I need a list of Texas special services for disabled persons. I am 45 year old single woman living alone. I hurt my leg with a torn muscle back in December 2014. From that injury I developed blood clots that traveled to my lungs and was in ICU in February.
I had not been back to work from that yet but did need to have a large fibroid removed and a complete hysterectomy which was done in 2013 which I am still recovering from. I will have to go back to my pulmonary specialist and my hematologist once I have been cleared from my recent surgery. However, in the meantime, I have gone through all of my saving since September paying my household bills and doctor bills and visits.
I filed for disability and food stamps. I did get food stamps but I just got my letter stating I was turned down for disability. My bills are due again
and I don't know where to turn for help. Can you please contact me to discuss any assistance you can direct me to until I am able to start working again.

Hello, I am in need of rental assistance. I have to come up with $2,159.86 by June 1st or the apartment people are changing my locks and throwing my stuff out. I have tried asking for help from family and friends but can't get any. My husband moved out in February and left me with all the bills. I lost my job at the end of April, but start at Kroger 10/2/15.
I have tried everything in my power to find money and can't. I really need help before I am homeless. I planned on applying for HUD housing tomorrow. I just can't be homeless, I have nowhere to go. I can't pay for my gasoline or cell phone at the moment. I am willing to pay people back or help out in the community. My car is at a quarter tank of gas and my cell phone is due 6/4/15 ($40). I will have Duke due here soon as well. I'm so overwhelmed and stressed out. I need rental assistance before I am homeless June 1st.

If your landlord is threatening to change your locks in Tennessee, did you apply to a charity for help? Or also try legal representation too, as that may be an option for you. But you will need proof that you asked your friends and family for rent help as well. So try the various financial aid programs in Tennessee, and read more.

Hi. I'm 24 and disabled. My mom just lost her job and my medical bills are too much. She also has disabilities and now has no insurance. I don't know how we will make our rent or any other bills now. She has been searching all day every day for a job for two weeks now. I know that's not a very long time but like I said I'm disabled and I have been for at least seven years and we have no emergency money any more.
I'm not sure what we can do which is why I'm on this site. I've been told that free housing has a waiting list of over two years and it's not even open. We have no family to turn to for help and we need everything. Is there anything at all I can do? Or do I just end up homeless and destitute?

If you have been struggling for 7 years, you need a lot of help/advice. Try the community action agency in NW Ohio for advice. It is here.

The housing lists usually do have multiple year waits, as does applying for disability. It takes time. But try the agency for more advice.
