Warren in in Macomb County Michigan. You may find some rent assistance programs, and maybe even ways to fix your car for work related reasons. Try any or all of the following. Macomb County Community Services Agency has 3 locations around the area and offer various social assistance. Call 586-469-5222.
Another place may be Macomb County. Their phone number is 586. 954.1838. Michigan has obviously been hit hard, some many places have limited funding, but you can always call and ask.

I need help in rental assistance I tried every where and no one helped. I have a tiny part time job that helps me buying food for my dog who is my companion who I buy food for. I went thru Domestic Violence cause of my husband and I am stuck where no one helps. I'm about to lose my place where I call home and it's quiet for us where no one bothers us and I don't have to worry that my Husband looks for us.

DV survivors often get prioirty for any rent assistance in Hartford. Also try a food pantry or aninal shelter for pet food, as some help very low income families. As much as we hate to say it, you may want to ask someone else to care for your dog while you help your financial situation. If you can't afford your rent in Hartford County, how can you pay for a dog? It will do no one any good if you are both homeless. So here are some resources to try. http://www.needhelppayingbills.com/html ... tance.html
