Address and Phone Numbers in Polk County Florida

I need addresses and phone numbers in Polk County Florida, for immediate rent assistance, and utility assistance. Tried the Salvation Army, they were rude. Any other suggestions.

A couple other places to call for rent, utility, and other help for bills and expenses are Talbot House Ministries 863-687-8475 as well as Catholic Charities of Central Florida 863-686-7153
