Looks like you registered from Cook County and Chicago Illinois. If so, there are agencies and programs that can help pay your electric bill, as well as help with health care expenses and the life support that you are currently on.
A few of the options and agencies you can call in the area include Lake County Emergency Assistance Program phone 847-782-4100 as well as the Society of St. Vincent De Paul phone 312-655-7181. Both help people regardless of faith. They have some crisis and emergency aid that may be able to help with hospital and electric expenses. Also call your energy company directly, as most offer financial help for medical conditions.
