Metro PCS phone bill
Hello, I am Bryan. I just moved back to AZ from Colorado last week, also an AZ native. I am looking & would like to start applying for work but I am behind on my Metro PCS phone. My cell phone is out of service. I would need my phone to have service so when I go & apply for work, my possible future employer needs to contact me. I am looking for assistance on paying my phone bill. My phone carrier is through MetroPCS & my phone bill is under $60. I would like help with that & if you guys can't personally help, please direct me to a resource besides "211" who can help.

Re: Metro PCS phone bill
While there are phone bill programs out there, for all service providers including Metro PCS, they are state specific. They usually do not pay existing phone bills either - rather you get a discount going forward or even a free phone. But they can help for work needs. Re: Metro PCS phone bill
Hello,
I came across your information on the internet.
I lost my job recently.
My Metro PCS bill was up to $440 and I spent $330 of my final paycheck to have it turned on. [past due $273 + 60 reconnection to have restored]
The balance of $171 is due this week and I have no way of paying.
I can't schedule a repayment program, because I am still actively looking for a replacement job.
The wolves are at the door! But I need my phone to look for a new job.
Any assistance for Metro PCS would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Re: Metro PCS phone bill - Now known as TMobile
Hello,
Phone bill help (for an existing bill) is rare. Generally people get a reduced rate on a new phone. But there are programs like Lifeline that you can try if you end up losing your TMobile (formerly Metro PCS) phone due to non-payment. Maybe it is best to start with a new device. Look here for a list of phone bill assistance programs.
Also TMobile / Metro has payment plans and look for them here. Maybe their customer service will offer solutions. https://www.t-mobile.com/support/accoun ... rrangement
