Call the water dept directly and see if they will work a payment plan, be prepared to have some funds up front. Also ask if they can check your place for leaks since your bill is climbing.

HUD only covers housing, Housing and Urban Development, they do not handle SNAP, etc. You may apply for housing programs with them; Section 8 has usually a two year or more wait time. You need your local Department of Human Resources to get Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, etc. Look them up in the phone book. ...

You can call 211 for local resource information but most of the time if you are no employed they will not provide you resources.

Have you tried your local senior/family support service center? She may be better off in an income based senior apartment if they are available. Most places will not provide a mobile home due to the land being owned.

Stay where you are and save, save, save. At $380 a week most places want you to show you make in one week what the rent is; $850 a month would take over two weeks pay. Are you confusing this site with Hero network? Make arrangements with doctor to pay something and a payment plan, even ask if they will cut the bill in half.
