Now I am the only person working in my home. My bills are too much. I am behind on house payments, insurance and loans for central heat and air and windows that was very much needed. I need so much help at this time. I do not know where to begin. My house also needs some repairs. I am behind in utilities an all things now. Where do I start? And who help home owners?

That is quite a list. To start, try the Brevard County community action agency. They may offer applications to utility assistance, and loan programs may be offered in for the central heat and air system. So try them for advice first of all, then go from there.
