I need help making a smarter money saving decision. I am disabled and rely on temp assistance while my disability case is being handled. I have a pension and annuity that I will come into in the not so distant future but the future can't help me today. I need to move and can not afford the rent as it is by the month but a pre payment or loan option not only saves a large amount it also frees up some of my income to pay back the money I seek right away.
The reduction in rent is from $800 to 444 per month. It means I don't have to worry for six months and by then I will have my pension etc. I also will have the space to do what work I can do which is unique art works and hand painted furniture. You'd be surprised how well it sells.
I am desperately trying to come up with the pre payment of 2,700 which would cover me for 6 months. It could be a loan and I WANT TO PAY IT BACK-- each month I can pay 200 at first then increase it as I sell my art and pay the total balance once I get my check- but will continue paying monthly whatever I can. It is a unique situation because it is a campground and with no place to go it's all we could come up with I am alone with only my little dog. No shelter will take us both and besides none being available I have no way of helping myself in anyway while I wait.
I must keep busy doing something and I must exercise my body to keep it from atrophy. This place is safe to walk around at all hours and it's truly in expensive when paid as a seasonal in advance. I don't know what else to say I have many issue and hardships I am dealing with nut so do many other people and I'm sure many are worse than mine. I've never done anything like this before but I am trying anything I can short of asking for Government help which I feel I can do without because I do have some means to re pay what I receive any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Disability loan for the costs for my new home
Hello, I am interested in the low interest loans for my house. I am disabled and am on a set income monthly disability check. I don't have transportation and must rely on others for Dr appointments, groceries, etc. and need to provide gas money which has depleted my funds for this month and therefore need help with my electric bill of $266. I also need loan for my housing payments, such as rent.
I receive my check on the 3rd of each month, so it wouldn’t even be 30 days. Please send the payday loan agencies information to me. The amount I need is $316, $266.00 for electric and $50 remainder of rent.

Re: Disability loan for the costs for my new home
While we are not sure if a loan can help with house payments, there are some financing products for people with a disability. But you should really apply for SSI, seek help from a charity, or local agency on aging office, etc and do all that first before applying for any type of loan. It is a bad idea to use that type of funding for electric bills. But here are the options for the disabled. http://www.needhelppayingbills.com/html ... abled.html
