Georgetown SC - Help needed

I am no longer employed and though I've been applying for jobs, still haven't received a call back so now I need emergency assistance please. My water meter will be removed if not paid by Tuesday by Georgetown Water and Sewer and received cut off notice from Santee Cooper for electric cut off. Also, in need of emergency rental assistance as I received eviction papers on 9/31 and have 10 days to vacate but nowhere to go. Also out of food. Please help...
