List of Roanoke Virginia resources needed please

Hello,
My name is Andrea. I'm 55 years old and I live in Roanoke, VA in Roanoke City. I'm currently unemployed and my unemployment benefits have ended. I'm also the caregiver for my 33-year-old son who is blind and has severe Autism. He is also wheelchair bound due to deformed ankles. Due to his condition he is unable to work send receives SSI. I on the other hand have no income now.
I rent a home for $850 a month and cannot afford to pay my utilities or my share of the rent this month due to the cessation of my unemployment benefits. I currently have disconnected notices from the utility companies and they are on the verge of being disconnected.
We both qualify for and receive SNAP benefits but the local DSS will not pay the utilities. I also do not qualify for Medicaid even though I am on many medications myself due to Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis as well as the other conditions that are due to the Fibromyalgia. I cannot afford my prescriptions or a doctor visit, so I haven't been back to the doctor and I am out of some Rxs.
I am seeking immediate emergency assistance to help with my predicament until I am fortunate enough to find a job.
I would greatly appreciate assistance with this emergency. Please Help!
