Where in Laredo Texas can I get help?

Hello.
I hope all is well and 2026 is greeting you with blessings. My name is Audre. I am reaching out in hopes of obtaining any sort of information or resource that might be beneficial in helping me locate an organization in the Laredo area that supplies a loan or charity funds to be used for a security deposit and bills in general.
3 years ago, I was homeless, living out of my vehicle, a victim of identity theft at the hands of a relative, and struggling to stay above water. I have since acquired housing, struggled but maintained and have recently been awarded a Section 8 housing voucher. My lease is due to expire where I am on 8/31, my 30-day notice is in, and I have located and been approved for a new unit this past Friday.
I am now looking for any sort of guidance or resource that might offer security deposit assistance and money for the utility hook up costs and even some basic furniture. I have utilized Mercy House in moving into my last unit and do not believe you can do so more than once. I also know that anything expected to be returned to me will not be done until toward the end of the month and outside of the deadline I must keep the apartment on hold. Please advise.
