Does rent assistance cover weekly efficiency costs?

In need of help paying rent, living in a weekly efficiency. Rent is due tomorrow, Friday 13th, at noon. I only need help tomorrow and next Friday. I just started a job last week and won’t be paid until the 24th. Rent is $161, and I need a total of $322 for this week and next week in order to stay off the streets and keep my job. Please, I am a 24-year-old female, and I don’t want to be living on the street until I get paid. I just moved here hoping to better my life and I've hit a little speed bump. I hope you can help me.
