Litchfield County help with bills needed

Hello,
I am from Litchfield County in Connecticut. I am a single mom supporting 3 children under the age of 16. Recently my husband and I separated, which has been a financial reality for me as I relied on his second income to provide for our children, pay my bills, keep up on my mortgage.
Since we’ve separated, I am going to lose my house that we worked so hard to get, my credit is ruined, and I am nauseously behind in every bill I have, and this has been very discouraging for me. I would like to get information to help me, maybe save my house for my three children and myself.
My furnace just broke, which is my primary source of heating my home and providing hot water. I have no money to replace my furnace or repair it. I was approved for heating assistance, and I have oil, but the furnace finally crapped the bed. I am struggling and would like to find help to pay my bills continue to successfully, heating my home which would be replacing my broken furnace try to keep my home as I’m past 90 days behind with my mortgage or have assistance to sell my home and find a house or apartment to rent. Sorry for the book just wanted to provide s snapshot of my current struggle. I wish I seemed help a lot sooner, but my pride was in the way I thought I could do it and now I am desperate. I am hard worker with a good job and need assistance with getting back on track, realizing I cannot do this alone anymore. Please advise me of any options I may have at this point. I appreciate your help with guiding me hopefully in the right direction.
