A friend got in touch with me and told me about a gradient Grant in which I can get $100,000 and not have to pay it back for a fee of $1,000 or $1,500 for $150,000 and as you go up you get more and more. Is this a scam??? She Dianne Hester I said I need to get a money card at Walmart and take a picture of it and send her the information in order for me to get the money.
