That really stinks and got to be hard. Maybe check with the Banning Public Library first. They have public computers you can use and they usually have security software on them, and the staff may also know of other local resources.
You could also contact the Salvation Army in Beaumont or the Banning Community Resource Center. That website is https://www.communityresourcecenter.info/. Both may be able to point you to a safe place to get online and help you find additional assistance while you're getting your accounts secured.
I hope you're able to get everything straightened out soon. Stay safe and keep us posted.

I appreciate the work you do to help people and I'm in desperate need of help.
This Month my Social Security Account was hacked and drained of all funds.
My low cost internet account was attacked and hacked rendering my computer and hotspot router unusable.
My phone account also. I need to find a local church or other location where I can use a computer for a few minutes to input my new credit/debit card information on my accounts so that my bills can be paid.
My attackers threatened continuous attacks against me which I've reported to the authorities as well as the respective fraud departments.
I live in Banning, CA 92220
I have no transportation and must walk everywhere.
If you can help it would be greatly appreciated.
