As you know probably better than anyone, Polk County WI is small - only 40K or so people. Maybe try your local Western Central WI community action. Maybe they have housing programs for you - though trailer lot rent help is normally not common.

I’m reaching out trying to find some assistance. I live in Polk county Wisconsin. I own my trailer but pay a lot rent. As of September I was put on dialysis and my hours of work was impacted drastically. I’m currently only working 18 hours a week. Any advice would be appreciated thank you.
