Hi Armida,
Sorry to hear that about giving the car back. But if it is not too late, we do have programs listed on how to get help with an upside down car loan, which seems you are fit with as you owe $12,000. But look here for details on the underwater - upside down loan programs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Czh9WRIcRV4

Voluntary repossession of my car

My name is Armida. I’m a 50 years old and single. I have been going the roughest time of my life and had to let my lender reposess my car. I lost my job, my home and as of two days ago the vehicle my feline and I were sleeping in was repossessed which I agreed to as I am a mess.
I can not take another crisis and completely losing all hope and will to exist. I have paid 20,000 on 32000 auto loan, but I could not pay more and had to agree to give the car back. I worked extremely hard to obtain a reliable Honda accord 2019 and will absolutely crush me if I loose the last thing I had keeping the little tiny sunshine left in my life.
I need 5500 to recover my vehicle and total remaining balance to pay off is 12000. I do not know where to turn but do know I need a life preserver thrown my direction before a drown in distress.
Please let me know if you can help or know of where I can get help.
