Yes, agencies can deny funding. Right or wrong, no person, not even a single mom, is entitle to help and if any organization in Noblesville says you do not qualify that is there prerogative. But here are other local places to try in that Noblesville are for financial help.

Hello, I am a single mother of 3 boys in 6th grade & recently lost my job & fell behind with my rent & now I am facing eviction. All agencies have denied help because I am under eviction & my income is limited to unemployment $390 weekly.
