The short answer is it depends. Maybe a prepaid debit card / prepaid credit. We do have information on some banks, online lenders and more to try. But look here for information on social security cards without a social security number.

Eviction was given on Monday and go to court next week. I am need emergency help with half of it. I have half but can’t seem to come up with the other half. I am willing to apply online with a bank to get a credit card because payment for August is late and I need the money. I am stuck. Please let me know if you can help or guide me where to go or what to do to get a security credit card if that is possible.
