I live in Gaston SC. I was needing help with rent and utilities. It’s only 1800. I am on disability and when the storm hit in September I had to pay for things to be done and that got me behind.

I'm trying to get information on assistance available in Gaston SC.
The situation is that my father lost his job due to layoffs. He filed for unemployment but has yet to receive any funds. While that happens we need help to pay all our bills.
Then my father ended up getting Covid and has been in the ICU for almost 2 weeks already. Now my mother tested positive for it yesterday. So she will be out of work too. Now she can't work, my dad is sick with maybe medical bills as we wait for unemployed and we are in a bad shape.
I'm not familiar with programs available in SC so I was hoping to get so help.
