Sorry to read the multiple car repairs needed in short order. But as you know it is not common for a place to help fix a car, especially if the bill is $2,000 or so. And good for you to negotiate. Maybe try the Action Center in Jefferson County for financial help to pay the bill or see if they know where to fix it for free.
