Hi Jasmine
24 hour notice is not much time to try to stop the eviction / apply for rent help. This is why we always tell people to be pro-active and look for help prior to a "deadline". But there are emergency eviction prevention programs in Dallas that you can apply at. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... stanc.html

Good Morning,
My name is Jasmine. I am reaching out because I am facing an eviction in Dallas, TX 75237. I also got 24 hours’ notice from my landlord. It is just me and my son Major in the household and right now. I have no monthly income, I just start working and will have my first paycheck in 2 weeks and going forward my income will be 2,000 net monthly. But I can't cover a 24 hour eviction notice. If there is any way I can get any help for me and my son in this hard time it would be much needed and greatly appreciated while I am getting back on my feet.
