Hi all,
Help with fines on a license, or to get it reinstated, is rare. But there are programs you can look into both for TX and nationwide. We sent a link to Texas specific programs, but for other programs that help pay for licenses and fees try this. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... cense.html

Hi,
I’m looking to see if you can give me some info on where I can get some financial assistance with paying fines on my drivers license so I can get it back. I’m currently unemployed due to my chronic illness and I have 2 children ages 14 and 12. My fines to reinstate my license is currently 1200. and it’s very difficult to keep up with my bills. I live in Houston.

Hi,
Get a license reinstated, especially owing $900 or wanting that, is a lot. We are not sure if such a program even exists, but maybe try community action for advice or maybe a grant. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... gency.html

Hi,
I'm recently released from Texas prison & on Parole in Ft Worth, Texas. I owe $900 to get my Drivers License reinstated. The state agency offers no forgiveness or assistance with a License reinstatement, much less to past felons. Any assistance you can provide me with concerning financial assistance for ex-felons from government agencies for this purpose will be of help.
