Where to get help with bills in Longview TX?

I have tried and applied continuously with Salvation army Longview Texas for gas vouchers to get my children to different schools due to our home burning in December 2023. I'm trying to apply for a generator because we are still trying to survive in a tiny camper trailer. Need help with insufficient water pipes and a barrier to be built around the well.
My youngest child has a disability. Need assistance with even a tire, blankets, gas vouchers, electric bill and loans to college at Jarvis College. Need clothing for my 3 children and elderly mother needs a food voucher etc. We have only been able to receive a food box from nearby churches in Longview and some appeared reluctant to give that. My daughter is a senior. She is very sad, please help.
