Food needed in Bakersfield from a pantry

My name is James and I am unemployed at the moment since January 25th of this year but am not receiving any help other than food stamps but most of my food was ruined and rotted! I am hoping on the of the Bakersfield food banks can help me or some charity will.
I have reached out to Community Resource, Salvation Army and Liheap but because I don't have income I am ineligible for their services. Odd since think the poor would get help from a pantry.
I lost healthcare and medication for a Chronic Illness as well!! I do know what else to do and suffer in silence. Please help me.

My name is Juanita and I'm on a disability income monthly and CalWORKs from DHS in Bakersfield. I am struggling hard to buy groceries. Recently, I got a shutoff notice from Westar Energy now I will lose my power to the fridge. Should be any day now when the electric gets shut off so the little food I have will go bad. I am partially blind and over weight and with summer coming I'm scared I could overheat without water or food. I'm also battling severe depression for which I'm taking a high dose of medication for. I don't know what to do I probably need $1000 for food and bills. Can't do payment agreement need help. Please help me. Thanks for your time.
