no, never use a payday loan for a plane ticket or an expense like what you suggest. You will enter that cycle right away, which is terrible. Maybe try addressing your Discover Card bills and debts. That may help free up some cash for you. A good option may be the discover card hardship program, which can help you reduce interest rates, waive fees, and what not.

We have a five year old and are not considered low income although we have no credit card bills other than a small bill from Discover card, share one vehicle, and rent a town home. We live paycheck to paycheck. We only have 800 for the rent this month which is 1565. We do not have any sources for outside assistance, and so I am searching everywhere for an option. I would get a payday loan, but we had to get two to get him out to North Carolina, so we are stuck in a tough spot for sure. We got a 3 day pay or quit notice already.
