We have tried LIHEAP they said they can't help because we have not had the house long enough. OPPPD said they have no assistance right now at all. weatherization also said they couldn't help us. We are not sure where to turn now. I suffer from a variety of issues stemming from crippling depression and anxiety. Therese has tried to kill herself in the past and all this is driving us farther and farther into madness. We just want to live our lives in peace and hope a lawyer can help us sue them for this house. If there is anything you could do or any suggestions, you could make we would really appreciate it.
