Hi Sir/Madam,
I've been contacting Citibank to settle my unpaid balance, but I am transferred to different numbers, the last agent told me that it is already sold, and they are not handling it anymore.
How can I fix this? Is it true that if the account is already sold to a collection agency, they no longer hold responsible for the account?
I really hope you can assist me with this.
