A $192 electric bill is actually the kind of amount that some programs or maybe even a local charity can help with, especially if this is the first time you've fallen behind. Since you have Appalachian Power, I'd look at the Needhelppayingbills page on AEP and Appalachian Power assistance programs and Virginia, as that is where you are right?
