Consumer Energy bill

My current gas bill is $248.24. I am on a fixed budget only receiving social security. $1,226.00 per month. I already know I can't pay this bill. I called Consumers Energy and they told me to contact you that you may be able to help me. I live I Wixom, Michigan Oakland County.
