Hi Michael,
Do you need to live near your doctor / the hospital? As if not then you will have more housing options. But if you do (for medical reasons) you can always try a motel voucher assistance programs like these. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... chers.html

Hi my name is Michael, I'm 62 years old soon to be 63 I'm unemployed but seeking employment. I'm homeless and live in a motel near my doctor. I've never been in this situation ever before. Presently I've managed to get myself off the streets and into a apartment, I am trying to find work but that process has been slow and frustrating as I need to go to the hospital weekly for kidney treatment. I have signed up for unemployment but as everything it is a process. How an to whom can I contact to talk to about temporary financial assistance for help with my motel room payment until I get on my feet. I just need 2 wks of payment help the motel that I'm in.
