TAHW utility bill

Yes, I signed up for the TAHW electric program on 63rd Street in Kansas City Missouri and I'm having a hard time contacting them because they're supposed to be paying my electric bill for 6 months but they haven't tried to do anything and my electric is about to get shut off and I owe $1,100 by Monday. I've been trying to get ahold of him for 2 days now .I can come up with $337 probably today but I'm your group all day so I don't know how I'm going to do this. I'm just worried I have seven kids, electric I need help. Please can contact me, thank you.
