Good afternoon,
I'm searching for assistance in paying my water bill we apparently had a leak I was out of town for legal matters and no one was home to catch this leak. We also went to get a smart meter to stop this from happening in the future.
Upon return to Ohio I was greeted by a nearly 800 water bill! I immediately called the provider and expressed my concerns their response was we will not offer a payment plan as the previous plan conditions weren't met. Well this wasn't me!
They sent someone out to reread the meter well that took a bit and we're now into a new service month and my bill is just growing and growing. We need money for the bills and to install a smart meter.

I am a low-income home owner in Chicago. ComEd wants to install a Smart Meter, but my old meter is in a place where they cannot reach to install it. I cannot afford the thousands of dollars it will cost to move the meter. Is there anyone that can help me? They are threatening to shut off my electric if I don't get the work done and the new meter installed.
