Hi,
I'm writing this on behalf of my dad. My family and I need help getting back on our feet. In particular our water bill is super high. We have two disconnect bills due September 10th.
One is for water $145 the other is for excel $340.
 I live with him and my 1 year old daughter so I'm also looking for help with toddler formula and 18-24 month clothes as well as a bus card so I can look for a job.
My MAIN concern is help with the water bills though, getting them down and saving money.
Any help for water and other bills is appreciated.

I am asking you if you would be able to help me pay my water bills that are past due as they are so expensive. My only income is $877 that I get from Social Security Disability. I no longer get the $359 from Calworks, that money would pay all my utility and water bills but now that I don't get that. I am really struggling to pay my utility bills as they are so high recently due to shortage in CA! I don't even have any food right now.
